Agreed. My naturopath and my family doctor tell me to take it. Most Canadians are actually deficient in it, surprise, surprise.

Most Americans are deficient, too, because we've been taught to avoid the sun at all costs.

I've a friend from Jamaica who swears by his Vitamin D. He was sick constantly his first winter here.
