I'm beginning to feel as if I've been subjected to my own personal EMP.  My computer crashed, Dev's Xbox stopped working, my phone went wonky, and the home internet service blinked on and off several times this morning.

Tonight, the only thing still out is Dev's Xbox.  Poor kid.  He will have to suffer through the weekend without it, most like.  Tomorrow is the International Festival, Saturday is karate and his cousin's birthday party, and Sunday is work.

And all I can think of is... he turns sixteen in less than three weeks.

Oh. My. God.

Wow, that's a lot to happen all at once. I hope everything is back in working order soon.

All seems back to normal, except the Xbox. Dev is now on the hunt for someone who can repair the optical scanner. Repair of electronics seems to be a rare skill in these days of disposible tech.
